Been reading here for ages without posting, and the info I've picked up has been incredibly helpful.

Currently cutting with RT and I'm down roughly 30 pounds, and I think I've held onto most of my muscle along the way.

I'm in my 40s, live in Ohio, and work in finance.

My appetite has always been enormous and nothing ever made it feel satisfied...until GLP1's.

I spend a lot of time lifting and I'm into nutrition, plus I've recently gotten interested in GLP1's.

Mainly I just want to meet people, swap what I've picked up, and keep learning more

That sounds a lot like my own situation. For me, the more food I eat, the hungrier I get... that is, until I started Reta. It feels good to eat a regular-sized serving and actually be content, like an ordinary person once more.

Glad to have you here!

How long have you been on reta, and at what dose?

On a side note, I've noticed that my TRT has allowed me to hold onto quite a bit of my muscle mass. Are you experiencing anything like that? I'd like to know whether other people are in a similar position, and whether they're finding the same protection against muscle loss.

Same situation for me. I'm also in my 40s, and nothing else worked for dropping the weight. There's a guy I work with who I've been pushing to give it a shot, because our insurance plan will pay for it for a minimum of a year. In his mind it's ", cheating" or something like that, yet he keeps losing and regaining those same 20 lbs. On top of that, he's got about 40 to shed.

What I tell him over and over is that there's no comparison between how good it feels to be slim and how it feels to be heavy. The difference really is hard to put into words.
