Been reading here for ages, so I suppose I should finally show some appreciation for all the guidance and solid suppliers I've come across on this board. I'd been using compound, but the FDA's tightening grip made it obvious which way things were heading.

42M, went from 190 to 150 with compound tirz, now on tirz for upkeep plus extra longevity exploration through the great vendors on here. PNW.

Nice to have you join in! Right now I’m using Tirz and plan to increase my dose next week.

So far I’ve dropped 20 pounds within a month.

What weight loss targets do you have in mind? Or are you satisfied with where you’re at now?

I've hit my goal. Holding at 2.0 these days.

If you dropped 20lb in a month, don't climb higher - the aim isn't a big dose. Sides get worse and you'll hit a ceiling. Everything I wanted came off on 2.5.
