Began in Nov 2025. The amount I've dropped is modest since I didn't take things too seriously early on, and lately I've had a sedentary routine (working remotely). More recently, though, I've seen steady, quicker losses after sticking to regular dosing and increasing the dose each week.

This has me really pumped!! Believe me, I've attempted everything.. Keto, Low-Carb, Mediterranean, Carnivore, Caloric Deficit, all before turning 18. Each time it was the same 3-5 pounds coming off and going back on repeatedly, until I'd quit. With Tirz, however, handling cravings and food intake is simple, and I don't feel like I'm starving to death.

I'm thinking about moving to reta, and putting together a stack aimed at maximizing fat loss and energy. Tell me what you'd suggest!

Hey dude, just wanted to say that the further you get into losing weight, the simpler and more habit-forming it becomes. Around 2 months back I got back into lifting, and that's been a real motivator for me — not only regarding the number on the scale, but also in terms of how I feel when I check the mirror. My starting point was 300-325 (I lacked the Gauls to get on the scale immediately; a month in, it read 290). Right now I'm sitting at 253, with a goal of 200. Before all that, honestly, I simply began walking with my kids, upgraded to a better stroller, and pounded the pavement, and I watched the pounds start coming off. Best of luck to you on your journey. Reta is what first brought me here. The results look crazy but I hear the food noice is not the same as tirz? that just what I read from my lurking. Looking to hear more from members on this. Like I think you get fuller faster but still have more food noice than the Tirz.

Hey!! Your story sounds a lot like mine. Best of luck to you. At first the weight came off really slowly for me, and then it suddenly started dropping fast. Right now I'm stuck at a plateau, but since I also have a remote job, I realize I should move around more & likely keep a closer eye on my food lol.

Have faith in the process & do the work & everything else will come. I'm really happy for you - peptides changed my life.

Thanks!! That pull of addictive-ness is definitely hitting me as I watch the numbers go down over time, and oddly it's switched something in my head when it comes to planning ahead about my weight. That's actually what pushed me to dig into peptides, and then to end up on this forum.

And yeah! Compared with Reta, there seems to be WAY less food noise on Tirz. For me at least, my cravings are completely gone. To the point where I do get hungry, yet almost nothing seems worth eating (I know that probably sounds bad, I'm still trying to find a default food or snack for those moments XD).

What draws me most to trying reta is hitting glucagon receptors harder than glps 1-2, plus what people say about better energy. Its half life also looks like roughly a day on tirz. (Someone correct me if any of that is off lol). I've come across people stacking reta with tirz (swapping a mg of tirz out for reta), so I may give that a shot.

Here's a progress note: I'm at 388 now (yay!), and I'm gradually increasing my tirz dose to maintain momentum. I also started MOTS-C not long ago. 1.5 mg on alternating days, and I may bump that up before long. I'm seeing a veeeery small improvement in energy, so I'm quite thrilled about that!
