Weight was never something I struggled with, but at 42, it's definitely not the breeze it used to be! Peptides, bloodwork and hormone monitoring have helped me get my 6 pack back!

I've been around for about a month, picked up a lot already, and I'm regularly dropping in for updates and reviews. Thanks to what I read on this forum, I made my first order from outside America and I'm really glad I came across that info. So far, so good. My stack includes several peps, and across the 5 months I've been using them in this life changing process, I haven't run into any problems. Excited for what's ahead with these little vials in my life.

Glad to have you! I'd really like to hear more about your stack. I'm 46f, right now I'm in research mode, and having 6 pack abs sounds like a dream. What has worked best in your experience?

I have never caught sight of my six pack (I nearly doubted I even had one), but the pep's have aided in beginning to get there. I'm at a 4 pack now, and at 49 years old I hope to eventually work toward the six pack. Best of luck!

Same to you! We will absolutely make it.

Starting roughly 3 years back, I've been showing up at the gym consistently, usually 3-5 days each week. I keep an eye on my macros to some extent and drink alcohol only lightly. So tightening things up is possible—I simply choose not to. Anyway, moving past that…

This January I committed with a local source and bought my first few vials of tesamorelin. That first run was solo, lasting a 12 week cycle. At that point I was still figuring things out. By month 2, the effects were unmistakable. The scale began shifting, and soon after I saw my physique getting tighter. Then I heard about Reta. I began it around late Feb or early March. A few weeks in, the differences were obvious. Since then I've used Tesa/ipa, taken a break, and later moved to cjc/ipa, which is what I'm on now. Recently I've also added glow, mots-c, nad+, and melanotan; once the cjc/ipa finishes, I'll switch back to the Tesa/ipa I have set aside.

What I intend to adjust…separating the Tesa and ipa. From what I'm reading, you don't have to stop Tesa, so I'll keep both going until ipa needs a break. For everything else, I rely on peptide tracker to plan and manage cycles. I might cut the glow and divide that too. We'll see.

After spending 1 month just reading without posting, I finally signed up. The Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin pairing works well, but in my case it pushed my blood sugar up. That led me to change over to CJC1295/Ipamorelin, and my sugar levels have stayed steady so far. Since Retatrutide is now part of my stack, I may return to it, with the hope that the insulin resistance can be balanced out.

Also in my early 40's. For a while I was quietly browsing here, reddit, discord, and telegram, soaking up whatever info I could find. If only I'd found peptides sooner in life, things could have been different. Just Reta by itself has felt like a miracle these past few months. As I keep learning, I'm thinking about adding more to my routine. CJC is a recent addition, and my weekly measurements have shown some good shifts. It's wild to consider the health issues that might have been sidestepped back in my 30s simply by carrying a bit less weight. Still, I've dropped 20 pounds toward my 70 pound target, so the future looks brighter!

I appreciate you sharing that. With Tesa, what differences stood out to you? Which effects ended up being helpful?

Within a short span, I could feel my midsection getting firmer. Regarding unwanted effects beyond how my body looked, they weren't severe. The main one I experienced was a prickling sensation in my hands, plus perhaps slight tautness, likely from holding onto water. Yet right away I realized I was no longer waking up repeatedly during the night and was sleeping more soundly. I also found that my post-gym recovery felt incredible. What I enjoyed most while on Tesa was standing up and stretching after sitting for a while at work—it feels so satisfying and pleasant. That's following a good session at the gym. Looking forward to running it again here before long. Cjc works in a comparable way though.

For my wife, I have handled the research and sourcing (through other forums) since she began with Sema and later switched to Tirz. She has now reached her goal weight, and her plan is to maintain using a low dose of Reta, so I am hoping to share the supply with her, since I want to tighten up and have come across all the additional ancillary benefits that Reta offers.

Glad to hear it! I can’t wait to see a few of those changes for myself!

These boards have been a huge help to a lot of folks. These days I put more of my attention into how I eat and working out. Before, I didn't. Along the way I've dropped a fair bit of weight and built up muscle. Glad to have you here.
