Hi everyone, Layla here. At 33 I'm partway through my weight loss journey, and I'm also curious about a few things that might help my mental health. Peptides for my mother — early 50s — are something else I want to look into. Being a mom and running the home is my day job, and I enjoy puttering in my yard, plants, camping and sitting on the front porch. Small town life means there isn't a great deal going on… which is why throwing myself into reading up and getting fit and healthy, inside and out, seemed like a good idea. Anyway, I'm just a hippy chick down in the south. Always after ways to make life better.
