Hey guys just started getting into peptides about 2 days ago when I stayed up till 5am scouring the forum. 21 years old is my age, bw 263 Lbs, and Reta entered my mind when word reached me that my friend was taking it. Making fun of him came naturally - his bones will be dust in 2 years flat, I said - though instagram engagement posts were really the only source of any peptide knowledge I had.

Frustration with my weight gain is why Reta is starting. Fat all my life is what I've been, though 2 years ago a crash diet took me to 195 lbs and a girlfriend came with it. The second a gf existed I figured chilling with the diet was fine, and my old eating habits returned. Before any of it registered, back at like 210 I was, telling myself each week that I'd lock back in, which never really happened.

Diets would get started on and off, but the real struggle is binge eating at night, once my appetite is back after dinner. Nuked by metabolism is what I believe happened, from starving myself on only one meal for like a year and a half. Where I stand now, down is not where the number on the scale goes unless the diet is really intense - no snacks, only 1500-1800 cals a day, and 1000 active cals burned on my Apple Watch every day, no exceptions.

Doing this, 160 to 153 happened recently in a couple weeks, but a month ago a glass table cut my hand open and about a month away from my construction job - where roughly 75% of those cals get burned - is what followed. Discipline went missing, binge eating returned, and a month later 263 is where I am. Honestly this is one of my lowest points. So disheartened is not what I've felt in a while. To myself I'd promised I'd never be back at this weight, and I completely failed myself.

Back on track is where I'm hoping Reta puts me - staying this way is not something I'll accept, since every aspect of life is harder when you're fat. mots-c and glow are being eyed too, though research on them is yet to happen. The future, in my view, is peptides, and getting into them before the general public finds out and skyrockets the prices is what I want.

Nice to meet all of you, and being part of this community for years to come is something I'm excited about
