Hi there. Posting from Seoul. I'm 34, female, and my current weight is 88 kg (194 lbs). After getting a 2.5mg Tirz shot via "official" routes, I felt an intense calm settle over me, in body and mind alike.

But a 4-week supply of 2.5mg Tirz costs at least $200 in this country, so I joined this community hoping to find cheaper choices. I'm thrilled to have entered this strange and lovely realm.

Hey there! 👋🏾 I'm based in the U.S., and for Tirz 2.5 through the Telehealth market, I'm handing over the exact same amount you are.

Hey there! Last year, I was shelling out $500 every month for Sema while in the states. I'm aware that when it first came out, plenty of folks were forking over even more. Finding this forum feels like a real blessing!

Greetings from Seoul! It's good that you made it to this space.

The feeling of tranquility you mentioned — plenty of folks pick up on it, yet it often catches them off guard at the start. What's notable is that these compounds seem to shape more than hunger; they can also influence mental chatter, tension, and how your mood sits day to day.

And I fully get the worry about price — it's a major factor driving many to dig into options and seek out substitutes. At the beginning it may come across as a somewhat "mysterious world," but after you put in some time reading and absorbing information, it grows far easier to navigate.

This is a solid spot for you to look around, pose questions, and take in genuine stories from other people. I'm eager to watch how things unfold for you!

Hey there! In the U.S. as well, medication costs a lot! Next to other Asian nations such as China and Japan, medicines in this country are costly, which is why a lot of Mounjaro users are dissatisfied. Also, "Telehealth Market" sounds neat.

Hello!

That cost is truly eye-opening. There’s no way I could have paid for it.

Reading the forum posts has taught me a great deal!

Hello and welcome. I trust you'll be able to get the assistance you're looking for. Be sure to look over the vendor reviews; it's so important that you're informed!

The setup is somewhat neat. A phone call with a physician happens first. Once you get the green light, payment is made and the company arranges for one of its partner pharmacies to fill a prescription. The medication then arrives at your residence. Simple to do, though the price is high.

greetings from korea! i’m a woman too, on tirz, and fed up with paying over 30만원 for just 1 month
