Hey everyone! I'm a 34 year old single mother living in Cali. For the last few months I've been soaking up everything I can find on peptides. This week I began both Reta and Klow, and Reta is already making itself known at just .5 mg! The food noise has gone quiet, and so far nothing bad has happened. At 180 lbs and 5'4", my goal is to shed somewhere around 40-50 lbs and add muscle along the way (I'm also just getting started at the gym)

Beyond the weight I want to lose, I've had psoriasis my whole life and have been fighting it constantly. That's why I'm giving Klow with the KPV a shot, hoping it helps with that, and also hoping my thinning hair comes back thicker and my skin looks younger.

I'm here to figure out how to keep using peptides to improve my life in a way that's safe and smart!

I’m getting ready to begin klow too. What has your experience been like since you started taking it? Is there a burning sensation that lingers? Are there any side effects I should anticipate? Or have things gone without a hitch for you up to now?

Glad to have you here! I wish you'll discover both knowledge and motivation on this site to move you toward what you're aiming for. I'd love to hear whether KLOW does anything for your psoriasis. That would be such a wonderful thing!

Monday was when I began, which makes today day 6 of Klow. For the initial 2 days, the spot where I injected felt quite sore—that caught me off guard. After that, there’s been zero pain, I have more energy, and my skin hasn’t changed at all yet. So far no bad side effects have shown up. I also began Reta on Monday too, so that could be the reason for the added energy as well.

Should that happen, I'll post an update in this thread !!

Are you taking the klow at night, or in the morning? Good to know you haven’t had any burning feelings.

Each morning is when I’ve been administering it. The sole discomfort I experienced came with the initial 2 shots, which left me quite sore for that day. After that, there’s been nothing. Could it be that my system simply had to adapt to the peps?

Nice pick with the reta and klow combo. I've been thinking about putting klow into my own stack too. How much klow are you taking, and how often?
For the initial 4 weeks, my daily intake is 2.5 mg of ghkcu plus 500 mcg of each of the remaining 3. After that, during weeks 5-8, I'll drop to 5 days per week. Following that, maintenance will be 2-3 x a week.

A week in, and my psoriasis hasn't gotten any better yet. In the future, I plan to buy the peps individually so I can adjust the KPV dose upward without increasing everything else.

Welcome! 👋 Seems like you've done plenty of homework already. I'd really like to hear how things progress with your psoriasis strategy. A close friend of mine has dealt with it for nearly all his adult years following an injury at work, and conventional treatments haven't been able to give him any relief.

Gave myself the initial klow shot not long ago. I mixed it with 3ml and drew 10 units. No burning or discomfort so far, knock on wood — but I'll check back on how things go shortly.

This time, when I injected near my belly, the pain came back. It seems like certain spots on the stomach are more painful compared to the thigh or love handles. Just something I noticed.

Also, I used 3 ml bac water to reconstitute, and there was never any burning—just a sore injection site that showed up later in the day.

I'll be sure to keep everyone posted! Nothing's different yet — I've got plaque psoriasis affecting my elbows, knees, and scalp. On top of that, I'm snapping progress photos, so with any luck there will be something to show before long!! Hoping for the best !
