Hey all, I've just signed up here and I'm on week 3 of retatrutide, taking 1 mg each week. The reason I came aboard is that I'd like to find out how others monitor changes across a weekly cycle, particularly around digestion, fluids, hunger, and scheduling.

My aim is to stay systematic about the things I observe and what I share with my clinician, rather than drawing big conclusions off one symptom. I can't wait to dig into the threads that are already here and pick up things from this community.

I've been on reta since last september and I've lost 50 pounds! That's come with a bit of exercise, making sure I get protein, and drinking plenty of water! You can do it

Great to meet you! I'm also just arriving, learning about different vendors and the whole gray market side of things. I've been using Reta30 for 9 weeks now, began with 1mg and I'm at 4mg at this point! SW: 193 CW 167. Eating has been tough for me, so I rely on high protein shakes (the core power 42mg shakes are my favorite) plus 1 meal daily that covers every food group. Because of medical restrictions I can't do any strength or weight training, so cardio is all I do, but I'm feeling good!

Welcome. I've been on Reta for 8 weeks now, and there's no question it's effective. You'll find plenty of useful details here for shaping your approach.
