Mounjaro has been my medication for around 8 months now, and looking into peptides is how this forum just got discovered.

The traditional way of losing weight got a try, though it went really slow, my blood pressure medicine kept being increased, and a diabetes diagnosis had only just landed. trt had been put in place earlier, which helped with lean muscle mass and exercise, but any form of cardio is really tough when youre obese. So enough was enough, and my provider was asked for something for weight-loss. Barely diabetic turned out to be enough of a diagnosis for Mounjaro, with my insurance covering it.

Long story short, 60 pounds came off and exercising more effectively is now possible, my blood pressure is a lot better and the blood pressure meds are almost gone, plus a sleep apnea diagnosis was on the way but my snoring has stopped completely according to my wife. The only hurdle left is that weight lifting progress isn't what I want it to be, so sermorelin is being started to aid recovery and sleep, with plans to up that to either cjc+ipa or tesa after 3 months. Jumping right to hgh is something I'm very hesitant about since trt is enough total replacement for my comfort, but who knows where I'll end up after that.
