Hi, I'm past 50 and have spent the past 10 years working on this - I hit the gym 3-4 times a week for weight training, take in 130-150 g of protein daily, and I'm trying to shed the final 10 kg while improving my body composition. There's no Testosterone left in my system, and I want to learn more

You can pick up a lot here. For shifting that final 10 kg, there are plenty of solid choices, such as Reta and tesamorelin.

Hi, which area does Tesamorelin focus on?

Reta has completely changed things for me. I began at a fairly low dose and have been increasing it gradually, and the weight is coming off steadily (6kg this month) with hardly any side effects.

Wishing you the very best as you start your peptide journey 😎

I'm heading into week 3 of tesa and reta, and once my cycle wraps up I'm also thinking about trt. These days there are tons of clinics out there that can help get your testosterone going again

In Australia, it's a different story—getting my GP to prescribe TRT was a battle, and even then, the expense was enormous.
