Peptides are all new to me. I turn 40 shortly and have been an athlete my entire life — wrestling, coaching Bjj now, and competing as a power lifter (less so these days). When I couldn’t find matches I began a cut down into another weight class. About 6 months back I tore my bicep and ran my first peptide cycle on wolverine, sourced from someone I trust. Reta started three weeks ago to round out the cut toward heavyweight "form ultra". That 2 week healing on the bicep sold me. I’d genuinely like to understand peptides of every kind better. Low doses of Reta have been working brilliantly for me. Glad to have landed here!

Hey! You clearly come from a serious sports and training background. Hope we get a good conversation going!

wolverine-level recovery for the bicep is wild. did you pin close to where the injury was, or was it all just systemic?

My approach was purely systemic shots, and I kept that going for 8 weeks. Improvement came fast — inside 2 weeks I felt a lot better — but I still took it easy for 4 more weeks before returning to full-speed lifting and rolling by week 8.

That's great to hear. I'm

applying it to my knee. It's a partial tear of the ACL. After 8 weeks it feels roughly 80 percent improved. Stairs no longer cause me any pain, whether going up or down.
