Hey all, Ferg here, writing from the southwestern part of the US. This whole scene is pretty fresh to me, and I'm eager to explore and pick up knowledge about what options exist. Stats: 33M, 6'1, carrying extra weight. My research has already gotten underway, and it's been going well — I've dropped from 290lbs down to 270lbs. That has me pretty pumped. Being on the heavier side is nothing new for me, and when I was younger there were a couple of occasions where I managed to get past it. At 33 now, I realize I'm not exactly old, but the situation is simply not the same. That goes double after spending some time in the army. So I'm checking out other paths that could support me on my way to a better version of myself. Can't wait to chat with everyone in the forums and find out more about everything glp1
