I just turned 37. Roughly 1 year back I got into PEDS, and around the same period I began looking into peptides. Working out is something I really enjoy, and since I'm a recovered ex-addict with zero issue around drugs or needles, my thinking was basically: why not give it a shot.

Testosterone, growth hormone, EQ, and tren are all things I've used. Both TRT and blast amounts.

On the peptide side, I've been running 2mg Retatrutide for close to 8 weeks. Alongside TRT and HGH, my weight has stayed fairly steady in the 185-190 range, but I've dropped a lot of fat and my upper abs are beginning to appear.

I gave NAD+ a try with 1 vial. Low mg doses weren't very noticeable, but at 75-100mg I got a really solid energy lift.

There's probably a lot I could add to this place

Reta has been part of my routine for some time, and the results have been solid. Since 2017 I've had a doctor-prescribed TRT regimen, and my next step is to add HGH. Does anyone have guidance when it comes to HGH?

Unless your IGF-1 is on the low side, HGH tends to bring more risk than benefit for someone your age. It's reasonable once you're 50+_

The changes creep in slowly, and pushing your dose up too quickly can bring on water retention along with carpal tunnel sides.

Somehow my weight has stayed put even as I add muscle, and the fat just seems to melt off me. That's on 1500 cal a day, sometimes under that. Usually dropping weight would mean watching muscle go too, right along with the fat.

In 2 months, Test + Reta + GH gave me what I figured PEDs would deliver from the start. Back when I ran high test and ate whatever I felt like, all I really did was bloat. I got strong and looked "big," but not like an athlete.

My take: go for it

Someone who used to be hooked... and is now on PED's.

No hard feelings, but I got a laugh out of that.

Are you sticking to a TRT dose at this point, or are you blasting? (Since if it's the latter, you've likely just picked up a fresh addiction)

I don't care if people call it a new "addiction" — everyone's hooked on something, one way or another.

For me, this is way better. Full stop. My life flipped 180. I'm really happy these days.

Not claiming I'm Mr. Recovery.

Like I said, I have no bad intentions.

Just be careful. Steroids are highly addictive and sneaky when it comes to adverse health effects.

If you're in a better place than you were and feeling happy, then that's all that matters, brother.

💪 Power to you!
