Hey there! Jonathan here, writing from Canada. Fitness is a big interest of mine, and I want to learn more about optimization as well as weightloss. Right now I've hit a plateau and I'm hoping to move beyond it in a safe way. Science fascinates me and my background is in engineering. I gave Ozempic a try, though it wasn't the right fit for me.
