Hi everyone! Utah is where I'm from. My plan is to kick off my peptide journey using reta. GLP-1 made me feel sick when I was on it. With reta, I'm hoping to experience some of the positive side effects (like being able to still have something of an appetite). At 23 years old, I stand 5'7 and weigh 165lbs, and I want to lose another 20-30 pounds. For those of you who have used reta or similar peptides, I'm curious what tips you might have for me. This is all pretty new to me and I'm a little nervous. It would be awesome to hear from other younger folks who've given reta a try for weight loss.

On the advice front, here’s my take: should you choose to use a GLP, take it slow and start low. The GLP1 plotter can show you how reta accumulates in your body, which helps you avoid frustration when the dose is small. What I’d suggest is beginning with 0.25 mg, then once you reach 0.5 mg, remain at that level for 4 weeks. There isn’t much downside for you, and you’ll be able to observe how your body reacts to the pep, handle side effects more easily, and still make progress. Reta is a solid tool for fine-tuning your diet and exercise. Best of luck on your journey!
