Joined the forum back in January, though this is my first time writing an Intro post.

Reta has been part of my routine for 14 weeks at this point.

I brought it in toward the tail end of a cut so I could shed those last KGs, and I've kept it going ever since as a useful way to hold at my target weight.

It's doing the job 🫡

I signed up back in March and it took me a while to figure out that you need to be more active in this section before you can post or reply in the forum's other sections lol. Nice work hitting your goal weight! I'm using Reta too, but I've still got a long way to go lol

Same here, right alongside you!

Same here. I lurked for a long time, and then I finally took the plunge. Honestly, yesterday everything hit me at once when I realized filtering adds another whole step. Up to now I had never done any filtering. So at this point I have fallen way down a rabbit hole — buy first, then test, then filter. sigh

Welcome. Good to know Reta is doing its job for you. I started taking it in January, and I'm at 1mg right now. Progress is gradual, but it is helping.

Exactly! Plus nobody bothered to reply to the intro I wrote 🤣 and I really put effort into that post too

Now it's time to stack tesa alongside it… and possibly mots-c as well

Absolutely, I agree. These days it feels like every single thing turns into a rabbit hole lol, if only life had been simpler!

Glad to have you here. Would you be open to sharing how much weight you've lost in total across those 14 weeks? And did the scale start moving right away, or did you hit a stretch where nothing changed before a big whoosh? I'm asking because I'm weighing whether to switch from my current Tirz routine to Reta and want a sense of what to anticipate.

haha i'm in the same boat, i spent ages crafting mine and then it hit me that it likely read like i was forcing it, since the folks who kept it short seemed to get all the sweet friendly hellos. on top of that my sense of humour doesn't land with everybody. so either way i'll give you a sweet friendly hello in solidarity with the underappreciated few 😛

I replied as well! I guess my intro post felt a bit lonely.

Same situation on my end. Decent filters can't be found, or the wait is months. What you can get easily is either low grade, isn't truly sterile, or comes in the wrong dimensions. I've been hunting for kits too, but there's nothing out there, not even if you're willing to pay for shipping into Canada.

At first, Reta helped me drop the final 3kg within 1 month,

After that, I added HGH and TRT,

As a result, my weight has been climbing consistently ever since,

I still use Reta for its additional advantages too. 🙏
