Semaglutide is something I've taken before, and these days I'm on retatrutide. Keeping a healthy weight, holding onto muscle, getting my overall health in better shape, and keeping up with the newest research are what I'm mainly after. Hypothyroidism is also something I deal with, along with a past of IBS, so how these treatments impact digestion and health over the long term is a topic that interests me.
