hey all

c here, writing from scotland

in the past i've used tirz and tried reta a bit, right now i'm on sema since it works best for my needs when it comes to killing appetite

also checking out some glow stacks, gkhu and similar, wondering if they could help with psoriasis, though i'm not sure - pretty new to all this honestly, just here to pick things up

prescribed a biologic by my doctor - amgevita

safeeee

Hi, I'm from England.

Sema didn't really work out for me. I dropped a bit of weight at the beginning, but then progress stalled completely. On top of that, it gave me awful sulphur burps and made me so gassy that I felt nauseous all the time.

Since I felt so bad, I stopped going to the gym as much, so I wasn't staying active, and I just felt terrible overall. I was planning to try tirz, but in the end I went with ret, and so far I've been fine.

I'm also checking out other peps.

yeah the sulphur burps are wild hahaha ngl I can keep them under control pretty well but at 2.4mg of sema the appetite suppression hit its peak compared to everything else I've used ( though reta is something I haven't tried )
