44M. For roughly 8 yrs I've kept on TRT maintenance doses. I began Sema last Nov, though a job loss made me stop. In Feb I switched to Reta, .5mg split into 2 doses per week. After titrating to 1.5 split into 2, I'm now aiming to titrate further. Around 100 lbs is what I need to shed.
