New member here from Melbourne Aust.

Been on Ozempic for a while (great doctor, prescribes to me as a diabetic ) but I found its not doing that much at 1mg per week. No real weight loss in a year, so have turned to the grey market.

Got my first batch of Tirz this week so lets see how that goes (after Janoshik has a look).
