Hi everyone! Ariel here, and next year I hit 30 — yikes. Up until my son was born I had no health issues, but then birth control came into the picture. I've just relocated from PA to FL, and my goal is to enter my 30's in the best shape of my life. After finding gray, I spent close to a year researching (this forum was a lifesaver) and placed my very first order. Last week I took my initial RT shot, and the benefits and lifestyle shifts are already showing up. The traditional route was never within my budget, so this has truly been a blessing. I lurked for that whole year and finally signed up, and I'm eager to keep learning.
Coming up next: getting my senior english bulldog started on KPV, though I still need to study up on it.
