glad to be here!

I'm a 37 year old accountant out of Atlanta, male. Used to swim D1 and race triathlons. A car crash messed me up, then Covid came along, then life came along, and now the person staring back in the mirror is a stranger.

For roughly six months I've been digging deep into peptide research, and back in 2024 I did a few months on semaglutide. My aim is to commit to a real regimen and get lifting again, though it's proving tougher than it was at 21. What I really hope for is to connect with people on the same wavelength who can steer me toward better decisions

Be good, do good, and go Bills

That's great to hear. A few peptides might make your training efforts pay off more. Still, nothing beats actually going to the gym. Lol. Glp-1s really are fantastic. Past that, figure out what you're aiming for. Want more energy? Mots-c could be worth a look. Need to recover better? Maybe glow?. Looking to change your body composition? Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 (possibly and or tesamorelin). Get to the gym and identify the areas where you could use the most support.
