Weight loss has been a fight for years - brutal calorie deficits and at least an hour of exercise daily, and my 50 year old body just says nope. The clinician ran an RMR test and told me my metabolism is inflexible: after 16 hours of fasting my RER was 0.98, my body refusing to shift into fat burning mode. So I'm looking into whether a different approach will help. Thanks!

GLP-1s will help, 100%. I went from 270 to 210 on Tirz with barely any effort. That said, my problem now is the other end of it - the effects do "die down" over time. So I've joined to work out a blend of Reta and Tirz, or to find out whether higher dosing has done the job for people.
