Hiii All,
So glad I happened to find this forum. I'm a 40year old Female, splitting my time between the US and the South of France. Since 2022 I've been on mounjaro, and through plenty of trial and error I've dropped over 100 lbs. Back when I began, there weren't big communities like this one to turn to, so seeing this is wonderful. It's been an amazing journey and so much has shifted, and I'll always be thankful I took that step in the pursuit of happiness.
What began as the pursuit of happiness has changed over time, and now I'm in the pursuit of health. Despite a healthy “BMI”, I still deal with some health issues, eg still have high blood pressure and severe obstructive sleep apnea. I'm here to learn more, hear from other members and offer support where possible as things evolve in the GLP1 space.
