Reading here on and off for some time now. Decided I ought to actually say hi
30s, based somewhere in LATAM. What got me reading about GLP-1s was watching close family grind through diet-and-exercise for years with little to show for it. The trial papers came first (retatrutide in particular got my attention), but the more I read, the clearer it became that the answers I was actually after weren't in the papers — they were here.
What I'd like to get out of this: how month 6 or 12 really feels, what people do once plateaus show up, and the details that never make it into prescribing info. My relationship with food is the big one. Sleep as well.
