Hi all! About 1 month back, while looking into weight loss, I first came across peps — that’s where the name Yoda comes in. Over the past few years I kind of let myself slip. A lot of beer and fast food. I made the choice to get back in shape, so I started hunting for supplements that could speed up recovery after the gym and support my weight loss journey. I wound up picking up a huge amount and chose to dig deeper. It’s worked amazingly well for me, and I wanted to keep learning and talk it over with other people. That’s what led me to this forum! This knowledge has CHANGED MY LIFE. Looking forward to adding to the conversation here and continuing to learn!

Yoda, good to have you join the forum! Nice that you made it over here.

It’s honestly surprising how fast progress can happen after you begin reading up on the studies and return to a consistent gym schedule. Moving on from the fast food and beer stage is a huge achievement on its own, so well done on what you’ve managed up to now.

Hope to catch you in the threads and learn more about how things are going for you!

Way to go, Yoda! Hearing about other people doing well never gets old. Beer is still in my rotation, though — can’t overhaul everything overnight. Just glad my gut no longer pokes through my shirts, haha! Cheers!

Hey Courcrete! Appreciate you getting back to me! I can’t wait to really kick this journey off. Came across a different post where a person went from 22% body fat down to 9%. GOALS! Trying to

Fine-tune my stack so it pairs as effectively as possible with my workout routine. Any pointers you’ve got would be awesome!

As of right now, I’ve gone from 260 down to 228. At first my GW was 200, but once I realized how much peps could assist me, I changed GW to 185. Let’s get it!

Drinking beer isn’t a problem at all! The reason I stopped was that I found out it directly fights against both the progress the peps are making for me and the effort I’m putting in myself. After I lose a bit more weight, I’ll go straight back to having a few beers at the bar.

I just joined too, and this is really useful to know!! Truthfully, I’d been looking for a reason to drop those extra alcohol calories anyway, and finding out it fights against peps gives me a solid one.
