For most of my life I stayed thin—then, a handful of years back, hormonal shifts plus everyday pressures teamed up and I began feeling like less and less of the person I recognized, and increasingly afraid that version of me was gone for good as 40 gets nearer. Things I’d always handled without issue suddenly slipped away. Sure, people love to chant CICO, but this woman right here logged everything until I nearly lost my sanity—my body was plainly resisting for some cause. I’ve tried every route.

So, the first thing I shed was 275lbs (he went by *****), I began looking forward to what came next again, and I understood I couldn’t keep grinding without any payoff or movement—I required one more victory.

Until about 3-4 years ago I weighed 105-117lbs. Apart from putting on weight, for the first time in my life I started adding muscle, so I’m unsure what my new target should be—this body isn’t one I know the way I knew the earlier one. I’m 5’4”, and right now my goal is 120.

At the gym I lift heavy 3 x per week, plus a few other enjoyable things weekly.

Began Tirz mid July, appetite still strongly affected at 2mg weekly. Lately it seems to be easing a little, so I’m thinking about bringing in Reta for a very brief stretch to give things a push; I’ve watched others try that…hoping to find more perspective here on the upsides/downsides.

Anyway…hi everybody!

Great work on the progress you've made up to this point! And that username is fantastic.

I'm also fairly new around here, but I've discovered that much of what's shared in the forum is really eye-opening.

Welcome aboard!
