Hey! Glad I stumbled onto this huge pool of knowledge. You already know the reason I showed up.

My weight is 390, after dropping from 450 without medication. 5 weeks back I began Tirz from a 503B compounder located stateside, though clearly that now looks like it might not be as reliable as it first appeared.

Excited to chat with all of you about what has worked and what hasn't for weight loss over the long haul, and perhaps about putting some additional "tools" into my toolbox.

Glad you joined the forum. There’s a ton of knowledge here, and your questions will surely get answered.

You can still pick from a few compounded choices as you get familiar with the rest. No need to hurry through your digging.
Appreciate it — honestly, I dragged my feet before finally getting on board, so I thought I'd kick things off ahead of doomsday. Guess we'll find out how it all shakes out. Either way, it's a plus to be among folks who've already traveled further down the road when it comes to knowing and doing.

Hello!! These forums hold a ton of knowledge to pick up. What's your take on the tirz so far? I began in Feb and have seen incredible results past 30lb of weight loss, mainly less inflammation and maybe a bit of help with brain fog (?) Tough to tell. I brought in NAD+ 2 weeks back, and I'm sure it's contributing as well. ANYWAY, welcome to the MANY rabbit holes that you will find in this world of peptides 🙂

Honestly, it's been great! I told someone, "so this is how the skinny half eats!" Before this, I never once left food on my plate—every single meal got finished because I never got that full feeling. That's totally flipped now thanks to the Tirz. Side effects have been pretty light for me: some occasional heartburn, nothing more from the list of things people talk about. I was already at 2-3 liters of water daily before starting, and I've continued that, which I'm sure made a difference. What's really encouraging is that I'm still on the lowest maintenance dose, so there's plenty of room to go up from here.
