Hey everyone. I got put onto reta not long ago. I'm loving it. These days peptides have got me hooked. Then I came across the grey market. That platform is great, but limited. I want to experiment with some of the rarer peps. So that's how I ended up here. I'm hoping to share my experiences and pick up things from other people. Right now my stack is reta 3mg. Nad+, ss31 motsc and klow. Epitalon is next on my list.

42 year old male, over wieght. Currently 250 lbs. 40 weeks back, I was 296 lbs. Before reta I dropped 20lbs, that was hard. These days wieght loss comes easy. I'm eating carnivore. Getting in roughly 18k steps daily. Plus resistance training 3 days per week. Just learned I have low t. 215 and trt starts monday. 200mg every 14 days according to my primary care dr. My plan is to split it here into smaller, less frequent injections. Most likely I'll be cycling on and off reta my hole life.

Fuck the fda and big pharma

I couldn't agree more! Had you already been following the carnivore diet prior to starting Reta? And do you think you'll stick with that way of eating going forward?

Before starting reta, I followed the carnivore diet. That way of eating took 20 lbs off me. I'm a big fan of it — inflammation went down, my gut felt healthier, my joints were happier. It also cut my hunger, turned around my pre-diabetes, brought my a1c down, and improved my cholesterol, and there's more I could name. Anything that obvious has to be helping things I can't observe too. Honestly, I'd rank the carnivore diet above reta! Still, pair reta with carnivore and it becomes effortless. Intermintent fasting? No issue at all. Free donuts sitting in the break room? They don't even appeal to me now. My plan is to stay carnivore for life as well. Once I reach a healthier wieght, I'll probably cheat more often.

Another thing — over the past 5 years, a lot of my muscle has disappeared. With the weight I'm dropping now, even more is going. I've been thinking about anabolic steroids as a way to put a stop to that. Getting big took me 10 years, and I don't want to watch it all vanish. I have zero knowledge about them, but I plan to learn, and possibly give them a shot.

Your username is what brought me in, but the FDA/Pharma 🖕 is what kept me around

Glad to have you, plenty of us share that same situation!

You mentioned, "will be starting trt on monday. 200mg every 14 days per my primary care dr. I plan on taking here into smaller, less frequent injections." Do you actually mean smaller injections given more often? That would likely be a solid choice. When body fat % is elevated, there can be issues with testosterone converting to Estradiol, which may lead to gyno, so keep an eye on it. Injecting more frequently ought to reduce that risk. Keep in mind too that as you drop weight, your natural testosterone should rise.

Something to consider: Reta performs best with a small amount of carbs. Research on this is easy to find.

Solid stack, by the way. Based on how long you've been running it, let the stack and the trt stabilize before adding steroids. Your dosing schedule, bloods and Estradiol all need time to level out before that next step. Doing so will likely spare you some headaches.

Nice work on dropping the weight. Carnivore was something I tried too. Over roughly 8 months, my body weight fell from 272 down to 219. That said, while using Reta I'd suggest aiming for a minimum of 100 carbs daily. A lot of doctors and bio hackers share the view that carbs are necessary for Reta to work as well as it can. Wishing you luck and more wins ahead.

I appreciate the suggestion. Yeah, I was referring to injecting more often with smaller doses. You're also correct regarding carbs. I'm considering reintroducing nuts into what I eat. I will definitely hold off for a while before beginning anabolic, assuming I begin them at all.
