Hi all

Finding this community has made me happy.

As my thread title says, I'm in SA. Peptides have been part of my routine for 6 months, and during that stretch I dropped more than 70lbs/35kg using the GLP-1 Tirz. I've also tried other peptides for energy and to help fix some old injuries.

My goal is that this forum helps me learn even more about peptides.

Cheers

Great job on the 35kg! Have you given reta a go yet? I moved from Tirz over to Reta, but the rise in RHR doesn't sit well with me, so I'm considering going back to Tirz.

Right now I'm on 6mg Triz plus 3mg Reta, and I've dropped 45kg — started at 134kg, now at 89kg.

I've been running that stack at those doses for 3 months, and it's feeling solid

Do you not think that using Triz and Reta at the same time is excessive? From what I've been told, it's preferable to stack Cagri alongside Reta, since the way it suppresses appetite involves different receptors, meaning you avoid blowing out your glp1 receptor. I take 5mg reta each week and have added 0.25 / 0.5 (depending how i'm feeling) Cagrilintide. For that additional suppression that reta lacks, it works amazing.

My dosing schedule has them spaced 3 days apart; instead of upping the Tirz, I brought Reta into the mix.

As for receptor overload, the total is just 9mg, whereas Triz from Pharam trails goes up to 15mg, and per MG Reta carries less GLP-1 and GIP than Tirz does.

Dr Jones has a solid YT video covering this stack
