Hi everyone - South African living in London here keen to kick off my grey market journey. A bit tentative at first but keep reading more and more and building confidence.

Took MJ for 1 year and lost around 25kg (125 to 101kg) but couldn't afford the pharmacy prices after I lost my job. Have since put back on about 11-12kg.

Heard amazing things about reta but a bit nervous of it given the early stages so thinking of getting back into Tirz. Wondering if I need to titrate up as slowly as you do when starting the pharmacy pens or could I go start on 5mg?

Thanks man! Reading a lot about tirz not working as well second time around (I stopped in December last year) so considering just going straight in to reta which a mate said I should do. He gets it compounded in SA though
