Figured I’d pop in, say hello, and give a shout-out to everyone who posts here. I’ve been lurking nonstop, reading like crazy while hunting for

a source, and the reviews have been awesome! It’s been a solid spot to dive in and pick things up, even if the acronyms make me feel like I’m back on the clock (IT). 🤣. I’ve even gone ahead and set up my crypto, all ready for some Reta research orders.

Just dropping a short note to say hello and tell you a bit about who I am. I've been quietly reading this place for quite a while, and soon my lab rats will begin their Reta experimentation. Yesterday the order finally went through, and the product could arrive as soon as next Monday. Both of my lab rats train 3 to 4 days each week and want to shed a few extra pounds while keeping the muscle we spent this year building. I'm still weighing whether to begin dosing at .5 mg weekly and increase by another .5 each week until reaching the first month target of about 2mg, since we aren't aiming to wipe out our appetites entirely.

Should I be granted posting access here, I'd like to join in some testing and give something back to the community.

Curious about getting Crypto set up. Not sure whether this is the right spot to pose that question.

Sadly, the intro section isn't open to us, and for those of us who are new, posting and replying are locked down.

For someone just starting out, crypto feels really overwhelming! That goes double if you're middle-aged and not great with tech😅

Glad to have you here!

I'm in the IT field, yet crypto was something I'd never taken the time to explore, so this ended up being my first attempt. What I'd suggest is going through a service such as Coinbase for the first usdc / usdt buy, since those don't swing around as much as bitcoin does. Should you move the coin into an external wallet, send a small amount initially to confirm the wallet address is correct. It feels a bit nerve racking, but once the initial setup is done it isn't too bad

This is precisely the information I was looking for! One more thing I'm wondering about is how the conversion works when transferring ETH > USD, though I imagine it'll make more sense once I go through the process myself.

Honestly, the process turned out to be fairly straightforward. The key point, I think, is this: when you choose a network for your USDC / USDT — Solana or Ethereum, for example — the wallet you send to has to be on that same network. That matters at the moment you transfer the crypto out of the account where you originally bought it and into your external wallet. And while setting up that external wallet, be sure to double-check the passwords and phrases you'll rely on for syncing or recovering it later.
