8 months back I kicked off my peptide journey using Sema, then later switched over to Reta, and I'm eager to explore additional research together with yall.

How has your journey been up to this point? I’ll be moving from tirz over to Reta shortly, with the goal of keeping more muscle and having less appetite suppression. What was your reason for making the change?

So far, this ride has been amazing. From my starting point, I've shed 70 pounds.

My main reason for moving over to reta was the way it helps preserve muscle, and truthfully, that was the point where things really took off.

To give some background, I'm on TRT as well, and I've run MOTS-C here and there during this whole process. Being active has always been part of who I am—I played college sports and have mostly kept myself in solid shape.

A few years back, my wife and I wanted to add another child to our family. Because of the TRT, I got put on a handful of other meds meant to offset how it affects fertility. Sadly, those meds led to roughly 70 pounds of weight gain in only six months, and close to 100 pounds total.

After I came off those meds and returned to my usual TRT routine, dropping the weight and getting my body back to its previous state turned out to be far tougher than I'd anticipated.

For me, Reta has been a total game changer. It's let me move forward in ways that had seemed impossible for ages, all while keeping the muscle I'd put in so much effort to build.

I know some folks who went through something comparable with TRT once fertility problems came up — that sounds brutal! It's a shame you had to deal with all of it, though it's great that Reta has made such a difference.

Just wondering — did TX come before Utah for you, or was it the other way around? 😀
Back in 2011 we made the move to SLC, though before that we called Texas home. The mountains around here are something we truly love, but Texas is deeply missed.

That makes total sense to me! Phoenix is where I was raised, so during my time in Texas, the absence of mountains felt really strange!
