Michigan is where I'm from... whenever I mention it around here, people react in such a strange way, haha.

So, the reason I've joined is to pick up more knowledge about this path I've been traveling. I've completed 1 month on Tirz 2.5mg, and rather than raising the dose for my 4th week, I introduced 1mg Reta. Reta gives me FOMO, but I also struggle with really intense food noise when I'm not medicated. Here's hoping the anecdotes about this stack hold true in my case too. It appears to be a subject that divides people sharply.

Still, I've lost 15 pounds, my inflammation has gone down, and I've been noticing a small energy boost since I began the Reta. I hadn't expected anything at the start, so that pleases me. These meds seem to work very well for me. I haven't felt any need to raise my dosages, but I did want to bring in the glucagon agonism. So, that's where things stand.

As far as my initial goal, I have roughly another 85 pounds left to lose, and I'm certain I'll continue past that point. All I want is to make the wisest choices I can while I go through this, so I'm glad to be here and learn whatever I can. Can't wait to absorb everything I can!

Pleased that it's doing the job for you. 🙂 Considering a small reta micro-dose added to my own stack down the road, rather than pushing the dose higher.

I've reached my target weight, and my current regimen is 1 mg tirzepatide alongside 1 mg retatrutide, taken purely for metabolic advantages. I'm a firm believer in this approach. One caveat: people with T2D, or even those who are pre-diabetic, ought to remain on tirzepatide alone.

Increase your dose sensibly—avoid going too high or ramping up too quickly.

You're going to do just fine.

No exaggeration at all. Pairing it with the stack probably made that 1mg hit harder than it should have. The appetite blunting has gone past what I wanted. There's a faint bodily sense of hunger, yet actually getting food down is a real struggle. I may have to dial it back some haha
