Hello everyone,
Male, 45, 6.2 (189 cm), writing from Romania. Mounjaro 5 mg has been my protocol for close to a year now. I dropped 30 kg (66 pounds) and I'm sitting at 95 kg (209 pounds) today. Maintenance is where I am at the moment. Researching tirzepatide brought me here; I intend to stay on it a good while, and retatrutide might be the next step.
