Been hanging around reading for ages, haven't taken the Pepp plunge yet…on paper it's obvious, yet I still can't quite summon the guts to commit. ADHD, high functioning, BMI above 35, somewhere in the middle on age…telehealth would be my route, except my job rules out GLP at the moment. It's a whole saga.

I wandered in here because the quality of life I keep bleeding while I stall is starting to weigh on me. My own skin doesn't feel right, I'm aware I'm not modeling great habits for my kids, and I'm letting some life sit unused, as the saying goes. Everything else in my life is good. Needles don't really bother me. Pairing fitness and diet with the GLP is work I'm ready to do. There's a lot of lingering inflammation in me, it seems, so shedding that would be amazing too!

What scares me is landing a sketchy source or croaking from something that could've been avoided.

All the encouragement here is great. The success stories are great to read! Hope to maybe get to know some of you better down the line.

It’s true that there’s a ton to absorb and it might seem like a lot in the beginning, but after it all makes sense, navigating becomes much simpler. Research your suppliers thoroughly, follow the right safety measures, and when the positive effects start showing up, the fear will drop off significantly. Wishing you all the best as you move forward, friend!

I used to be right where you are, buddy. Looking back at how things went for me, I feel really good about the fact that I had my eating, workouts, everyday walking, and rest all sorted out first, before I touched anything meant to boost performance. Still, I've got to say — once they kick in, the difference is real! You'll need to put in some patience and work, but you'll get there!

Happy I didn't rush and looked into things thoroughly. You should do that too, move at a steady pace, and begin applying whatever adjustments are possible right away.

I'm in the same boat. A few months back I made the call to hop aboard the GLP train, and wow, was that ever a smart move. A lot of folks put it as [[Q1]]. Keep pushing forward!

Welcome aboard! Around 18 months have passed since I started using brand name Mounjaro, and these days my concerta XL script sits at 27mg rather than the maximum dose. For me, as someone dealing with extreme ADHD, tirz has been a total life overhaul — my impulse control is way better than it ever used to be.

Your worries make total sense to me, though. Since the branded version became too expensive for me, it took months before I could accept that the risks of going gray are worth it just to keep using tirz.

I hope the forum turns out to be useful for you!

Glad to have you. If you're eager to learn and ready to dig into the research, you've come to the right spot. Once you start gaining understanding, I'm confident you'll feel more at ease here.
