Fingers crossed I'm not spilling too much here, haha

Late 40's guy. No diabetes history and never touched GLPs. I'm doing (doctor supervised) TRT - and honestly it's been a huge positive in so many areas. For the last cpl of years I've been putting in the work on my health, but this stubborn belly fat just refuses to go anywhere. It. Will. Not. Quit.

So that brings me here - digging into everything I can find and soaking up info. Whether this path suits me or not is still up in the air, but time will tell. Glad to be among ya'll!

You're not alone in that. For me, peptides changed everything. I've been in and out of the gym for decades, yet I never wanted to cut calories because I feared losing muscle. Thanks to peptides, I finally understand how my metabolism responds to a real calorie deficit, and how to hold onto muscle by combining HRT, creatine, and a high protein diet.

Right there with you, dude. I've dropped 20 lbs and have a lot more left to go. The change is visible, but I've still got a good amount of visceral fat that needs to come off.
