Dec 2025 starting point: 195lbs, ~25%BF, with obvious belly and facial fat
April 2026 as of now: 153lbs, ~12%BF, and abs are starting to show
Aesthetics come first for me, but so do a better quality of life and improved overall function.
Since ages 7 or 8 I've carried extra weight, often reaching for hyper-palatable food to soothe myself or kill boredom. My parents, bless them, used to buy us donuts, icees, and treats when we were kids. Through trial and error, learning, and plain necessity, I've been gradually shedding a lifetime of poor eating patterns as an adult. In my 20s I learned I was gluten sensitive, and lactose intolerance came even earlier.
A year ago at this time, I still had occasional carb-and-sugar binges that left me with headaches, irritability, and brain fog lasting days. I'd tighten up, feel improved, then repeat the cycle.
Roughly 2 years back, my health journey truly got going when I began hitting the gym regularly. 6-8 months after that, androgens entered the picture. GLPs came along about 5 months ago. I'm also recovering from polysubstance abuse, and what this fitness path has done is reorder my priorities around how I exist.
Connecting with people, enjoying movement, improving, and witnessing and sensing progress all appeal to me. Work, gym, recovery, fun, rest, and sleep are my main focuses.
For someone in my position, I wouldn't suggest starting AAS, though it's the route I took. GLP drugs, on the other hand, I would suggest.
Being here excites me, as does talking health and supplementation with others who care deeply, and I look forward to belonging to a community such as this one.
Right now my stack is a GLP agonist plus hormone replacement, 2-4 gym days per week, and a daily protein target of 135g.
