Hi everyone, I'm Retaross. Peps and this forum are both brand new to me. For basically my whole life I've been out of shape. Now I'm working on getting my health under control, and I want to understand the body more deeply — what can actually help me stay healthy for the long haul.

The deeper I go, the more lost I feel. Just when I think I've got a handle on something, it feels like I'm back at square one. Whatever I read, whoever I listen to — there's always another take that contradicts it!

My hope is to join in here, pick up more knowledge, and maybe give something back too!

Hello everybody!

Glad you're here. For sure, look into things yourself and stay cautious, since the internet has both solid and terrible information. Go gradually and ramp up your dose slowly. I spent roughly 6 months reading up before I ever gave a pep a try. On top of that, I rely on a web-based pep calculator when I need help with recon. The learning and research never really stop.

I'm in the same boat—there's so much information out there that it's easy to feel swamped. That said, each day I seem to pick up a bit more, so my advice is to stick with it: keep reading and keep digging. You can do this!

Hi. Do your own digging every time, that's the only way to tell what's genuine. Nearly 4 years on peps now and I still keep checking.
Appreciate it. After 4 years, the things you must have witnessed are beyond what I could picture! Is there anyone whose content you follow — watching or listening — who strikes you as offering more sensible information and coming across as more rational?

As the majority here would tell you, look into things thoroughly before anything else. Go through the material and pose whatever questions come up. Getting pulled into a snare is a real risk — being "seduced" by quick solutions, or by people on TikTok pushing every peptide at you just to earn a commission fee. If you decide to take this path, begin at a very slow pace.

Hi there, and welcome in!

Same story here — I've spent my entire life not in good shape. A few years back my doctor started me on sema, but I quit it. Not long ago I saw my doctor again and got switched to tirz. Since insurance denied coverage, I covered the cost myself for 1 month, and right away I knew this was going to transform my life! The food noise disappeared, and now I can genuinely tell when I'm full versus hungry. On top of that, I've got the energy and drive to stay active! I picked up a few vials of tirz peptides from a friend, and I'm 7 weeks in, 20 pounds down. Unless Lilly brings zepbound's price down, I'm definitely staying with peptides. Welcome aboard the journey! Happy for you!

Welcome aboard, and that's awesome. If food noise was never something you dealt with, it's impossible for others to grasp. Reta was my very first pep, and wow, I had no clue how tied to food I really was until that noise disappeared. It's a total game changer and, up to now, a life saver.

Before starting, I made sure to get labs done, and I just completed my 8 week lab — and man, EVERY marker of mine that had been outside normal came back into normal. Most of the markers that were already normal improved even more. What a pep!

Best of luck on your journey.
