Hiya from the uk, I’m right at the start of this journey. Right now I’m researching, though I’m strongly leaning towards Reta. Came across this forum and decided to join since you lovely lot seem like the best place to begin.

I’m 37 and have been big most of my life, so weight loss is my main focus. Can’t wait to read and join in with you guys soo
