Hi all,

GLP-1s aren't new to me, but this forum is. Compounded sema has been part of my routine for close to two years now, and I'm getting ready to switch over to tirz/reta.

Around 120 pounds have come off so far, with roughly 20 more to go before I hit my goal. As someone who has dealt with obesity their whole life, this stuff changes everything.

Wishing everyone the best!

Glad you're here. For me, sema barely moved the needle. Once I switched over to reta, everything turned around.

What was it about reta, specifically, that made the difference compared to sema? Was there anything beyond the usual stuff like quieter food noise or less hunger?
