Right now I'm using compounded tirz, and the price is way tooooo high. Then I found out the dose is only 2.5 mg, and the units are low (they told me it can't be adjusted due to all the Eli problems (iykyk)). For what I'm paying, that really irritates me, and it's quit working. I added Reta on top, but there's no appetite suppression and I'm still not losing. I'm here to learn and grow.

So from what I gather, the 2.5mg tirz you're getting comes from a compounding pharmacy, and on top of that you've got reta — which I'm guessing came from the gray market — and you're running them together? Wishing you the best with all of it. My own start was with gray tirz, and it went smoothly. 6 weeks back I moved from tirz over to reta, and I'm thrilled I made that change.

Yeah — I stack compounded tirz (2.5mg, which comes to 62units) with gray reta (2mg) taken 3 days afterward. Good to hear reta is doing the job for you

Seeing folks get taken advantage of in that way genuinely bothers me. Take the math here: hitting 62 units for a single dose means you're drawing more than most pens deliver in one go, and that only works if a 10mg vial gets mixed with 2.5mL of reconstitution fluid. Break that 10mg vial down and you get 4 doses at 2.5mg each. Over in the gray market, a 10mg kit tends to run around $60, give or take. Divide that across the 4 doses and you're at roughly $6 for the vial, which works out to $1.50 per 2.5mg dose.

Wishing you the best with your research.
