INTRO Hi

Which peptides are you on right now, or which ones have caught your attention? I’ve been trying out a handful of different ones.

Right now I'm only on a single one. I want to give a few others a go after I've picked up some knowledge about them, but I'm not going to jump in too fast.

After 6 weeks, my weight has gone from 235 down to 214. The compounds I'm using right now are Reta, Tesa, MOTS-c, NAD+, GHK-cu, Wolverine blend (BPC-157/TB-500), plus PT-141 on an occasional basis.

Yeah, I'm currently using reta — what do you think about mots-c? Have you noticed anything different?

MOTS-c is something I use just 2 days each week, at 2.5 mg per dose. On the few occasions I've used it, I'd say there does seem to be a noticeable effect. Every time, I've taken it ahead of training, and those sessions have consistently felt somewhat more intense.

I've got a quick question that might come across as silly: when comparing a 40mg vial with, for example, a 20mg one, does the difference come down to how much liquid is inside, or does it mean the strength is greater? I'm brand new to all of this.

What's your take on PT-141?

What separates them comes down to how much active ingredient is present. Suppose you mixed both the same way and then drew the same number of units — the 40 mg vial would deliver double what the 20 mg vial gives.

Given how new you are, a 20 or 40 mg vial is likely more than you need. In most situations, my guess is a 10 mg vial would do the job.

Get yourself a peptide calculator (they're available online) and be certain your dosing is right.

Also, no question is a stupid one. Looking dumb beats dosing wrong.

Put whatever you're wondering into the search bar — chances are the answer is already there. And do plenty of reading.

Also, great job on dropping the weight

Yep, the only thing that changes is how much product you get. How fast 10mg vials run out comes down to the dose you're taking.

What's your take on PT-141?
What I can say is that it does its job. My own experience is limited to just a handful of uses. Still, it will absolutely take you to the result you're after.

When it comes to skin and elasticity, does ghk-cu actually do anything? I'm trying to shed some weight, and the thought of everything sagging is pretty intimidating.

I’m not sure at this point. What I have noticed is that when the moment comes to inject the full set, it can be difficult for me to pinch up a fold of fat, except when I go lower near my midsection.

Yeah, grabbing a handful isn't an issue for me so far — there's always more than enough to pinch 🤣😂
