Hey there! I'm in Canada and in my 30s. I began reta 3 weeks ago, and so far it's been great.

Before I started, I'd been reading the forums as a guest, but now that I've got some firsthand experience, I decided to sign up and join in (and I'll likely have questions as I move further along in my reta cycle) 🙂

Digging through old forum threads is genuinely the smartest move if you want to steer clear of repeating things people have already covered. Respect for that, and best of luck as you get going!
