Hi
After searching around online, this community seems like the strongest fit I've come across for the path I'm on. I'm a guy in middle age, and for roughly the past 6 years I've been pretty dedicated about fitness and health. That's meant gym sessions 4 or 5 times each week, keeping an eye on what I eat, and overall trying to build a better life.
About a year ago I injured my rotator cuff, and someone at the gym suggested the wolverine stack. I ran it for roughly 4 months, felt no real change, and figured the money had gone to waste. It wasn't cheap either, since I got it from a UK vendor locally. That left me thinking peptides might be nothing but hype.
Later, after everything I'd been seeing and hearing, it clicked that the wegovy jab my wife had been using was itself a peptide. That got me thinking
perhaps these things really do have something to them. Over 12 months she dropped around 6 stone, and it made her soooo happy, which was wonderful. The catch was the price, something like £200 pm.
Since losing weight was a struggle for me too, I began digging deeper, looking for a better route or at least one that cost less. That's when I came across reta, which was getting popular, seemed to be everywhere, and had so many people discussing it. In the end I bought a years supply for my wife and myself from a friend I trust. We've been using it for about 2 months now. My dose is 2mg twice per week, and hers is 3mg twice weekly. So far I've dropped 2 stone, and I'm hoping to shed another 2. Things are going great, and I'm about to begin SS31 followed by MOTS, aiming to support my mitochondria and hopefully gain more energy.
In any case, signing up here feels like a good move, and possibly the right spot for me to pick up more knowledge. I wish the decisions we make about our health could be simpler and less risky, but governments and pharma appear to put money ahead of what we want, which sometimes leaves us charting these waters by ourselves.
Best of luck to everyone on their own journeys, and I hope I'll be welcomed as simply a genuine person who just wants fairness and peace for all
