Happy to have found this place! A bit about me...being overweight has been part of my life for a while. Roughly a month back I began reta, and honestly I feel fantastic. Close to 15 pounds are gone, and side effects have been minor...some skin sensitivity that's pretty much faded. At the start I was really nervous, but now I've got more energy and watching real progress happen is such a relief. My eating is cleaner and smaller, plus I'm lifting weights. So, hello everybody!

That's impressive progress! Tirz has been part of my routine for roughly 2 years; I dropped close to 90lbs and have stayed in maintenance for more than a year now. Soon I'm considering replacing part of my Tirz with Reta and/or Tesa, which is the reason I've been spending time in these forums recently.

Hi and welcome. Reta has been part of my routine for roughly a month too. Not long ago I introduced Cargriltide so the food noise would be less. My weight is down around 15lbs too.

Getting this weight off feels like a huge weight lifted. My walking pace has picked up, and I have plenty of energy. Eating isn't an issue at all, and I went in fully aware that what I eat would have to change. It's about teaching my brain new habits — better choices and smaller portions. In the past, no matter how much I ate, I was still hungry. These days I eat simply to fuel myself properly, since that constant starving feeling every 45 minutes is gone.
