Hello all!

I learned about this forum through Tyler Brown on youtube. A Canadian, he shared his weight loss journey with Retrudtide, dropping around 90ish lbs. Amazing, and told almost like a documentary. His blog is worth a look too.

So I got in touch, and he sent me here. Before I give Reta a try, I want to learn more about it. Advice and help from those who have used Reta for a while would be appreciated.

Glad to have you! Which area of PA do you call home? As for me, I was born and spent the first half of my life in a borough in York County, PA...on the smaller side next to other spots but nearest to Lancaster/Harrisburg- so S.Central PA.

Apologies for the late reply — I haven't logged in. That region is very familiar to me. With any luck, I'll be heading back within the next few months to visit relatives, and I CAN'T WAIT!!! Anyway, Cheers 🙂

Dropping around 90 lbs is no small feat — seems like watching Tyler's story is what got you curious about Reta.

Smart move to read up before jumping in. There are lots of folks on this forum who've been around the block, so with any luck you'll pick up some helpful details. That said, if you wind up out-knowing your own doctor when it comes to Reta, that's on you, not us. 😅
