Hey everyone, finding this forum feels like a lucky break — I can't wait to soak up all the details from your research journeys!

My own research has just gotten underway with:

Reta 4mg (Mounjaro 5mg was my previous go-to, so I'm guessing this is a reasonable place to begin)

Cjc/Ipa 150/150 taken at night

GHK-CU 2mg

Glutathione 1500/600mg

I'm eager to find out what this stack will do (fingers crossed!)

About me: 35 year old male, already fairly lean (13.6%), so Reta for me is less about dropping a lot of weight and more about squeezing the most out of my diet for a body recomp. Curious whether the other peptides will produce anything noticeable.

Only 3 days into cjc/ipa so far, and the first two nights my sleep got worse — I even wondered about quitting. Last night I decided to push through, and at last I got that deeply rested sleep so many of you describe.

One thing I'm wondering: Glutathione doesn't get much attention around here, yet at a moderate dose it might offer a glow-type effect comparable to GHK-CU? If anyone has run Glutathione, I'd love to hear about it.

Ps. After the next 2 months I may move to lipo oral Gluta, since that looks like the safer route for extended use.

Other than the Gluth, my stack matches yours. With the cjc+ipa, roughly 5 or 6 days passed before those strange nights gave way to great sleep. If I'm being honest, nothing disrupted my sleep as much as Reta did.

I wasn't aware that Reta could lead to sleep problems. I'm planning to begin it shortly. It's helpful to learn about the possibility of sleep issues. Thanks for letting me know
