Hey everyone, a male in his mid-late 20s here who's had a taste of the sweet fruits of peppers. Right now I'm 3.5wks into reta (together with some peppers that help with injuries) and the journey has been awesome so far — I can't believe I put it off for so long. Can't wait to talk with credible folks who have more experience in this realm. I'm from the east coast. I'm very much into weightlifting and body sculpting, but after having kids, getting a mortgage, I packed on 15kg of sympathy weight. food noise was killing me, so this has been lifechanging so far. I can't eat my feelings anymore 😂

The finest and the worst bit of being a dad is turning into the household bin for leftovers!

Getting to turn down food — what a relief.

Yeah, this has genuinely been an eye-opener. My build was always average and I never paid much attention to what I ate, yet any weight I wanted gone came off easily. These days, with age catching up to me (and not gracefully, given how physical my job is), shifting the kilos has become a tougher battle. Walking right by the lolly aisle at woolworths puts a smile on my face, and my wallet is grateful as well!
